In short
- Every plan includes every feature. Plans are paid upfront for the term you choose.
- Not satisfied after you subscribe? Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the term you paid for and then stops.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used, via Paddle, our merchant of record.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
If Loopmetric is not right for you, email eerbloke@gmail.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason, though telling us what fell short helps us improve.
The guarantee applies once per customer, to a first subscription payment rather than to renewals. Once refunded, access to the workspace ends.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel from your account settings, or email eerbloke@gmail.com and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the term you have already paid for, and you keep full access until that term expires.
Because plans are charged upfront for a fixed term, we do not refund the unused part of a term outside the money-back guarantee, except where the law where you live requires it or where the circumstances in the next section apply.
Renewals charged in error
Subscriptions renew automatically, and we send a reminder before a renewal is charged. If a renewal catches you out, contact us within 14 days of the charge and, provided you have made no significant use of the service in the new term, we will cancel and refund it.
If the service fails
If a fault on our side stops you using the service for a prolonged period and we cannot fix it, tell us and we will offer a pro-rata refund or a credit for the affected time, whichever you prefer.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Where you ask us to start the service immediately, you acknowledge that you lose that right once the service has been fully performed, but you keep every right the law gives you in relation to services that are faulty or not as described. This policy sits alongside those rights and does not replace them.
How to request a refund
Email eerbloke@gmail.com with the email address on the account, the approximate date of the payment and the order or receipt reference from Paddle. We reply within one business day and approve or explain our decision within five business days.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You can also raise a payment query directly with Paddle using the details on your receipt.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry it over the following days and email you so the card can be updated. If it has not succeeded after those attempts, the subscription ends and the workspace is paused rather than deleted. No refund is due for a term that was never paid for.
Abuse of this policy
We may decline a refund where an account breached our Terms & Conditions, or where a pattern of repeated refund requests suggests the policy is being used in bad faith. If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, please tell us — a chargeback freezes the account while it is resolved, and talking to us first is usually faster.
